What is the visa process for a foreigner going from the UAE to Saudi Arabia?

I currently have a valid visa to visit the UAE. My current visa in the KSA has already expired. Once I arrive in the UAE, how would a foreigner (Korean national) be able to travel to the KSA? What would be the process? Thank you!
