Job offer in Riyadh KSA for 18SR month, is it enough?

It's not a bad deal, but I don't think 18K a month is enough if he has 20 years experience in IT, and is being offered a management position. Also, if he used to make $150K a year, he should let the company know that, and hope they will see his skills as being worth a lot more than 18K SAR a month. If I were you, I'd try for at least 20K a month.
