May 21 2011 Im confuse about the time?

Ok so Will judgement day come according to Western time or what My Sister Lives in saudi Arabia And when it hit's 6pm Here in America it will be 1am in saudi arabia which means it's the 22nd of may isn't the rapture suppose to happen all at once so it doesn't matter what time it is in any country right it will happen at the same moment even if it's 1am in ksa and 6pm in america it's still the same exact time the rapture will hit right??
