Is it considered self plagurism to reuse the same sources for another paper that you used for a previous paper?

Is it considered self plagurism to reuse the same sources for another paper that you used for a previous paper if you don't copy the exact content of the previous paper. My new paper and the old one have nothing in common except the sources used. I submitted it to turn it in writecheck and it identified my sources with my last paper. Is this acceptable or will I have to find new sources?
