Are people in Saudi Arabia Free?

Free means freedom to do things. Are Saudi people free to question and criticise their goverment. Is it ok to question the royal family why it spends billions of oil money on palaces, alcohol and gambling when alcohol is banned in KSA. Or ask why Saudi arabia doesnt have good school, or job opportunities? I am Canadian muslim, and i am happy to be free and equal, men and women, all race all colours. I can email my prime minister why less jobs, if he doesnt help i can vote him out. I hear Saudi people are free except talking about Royal family.
