My laptop screen only works when i twist it...?

first of all im really clumsy. so the first few times i dropped my lenovo thinkpad nothing happened, but then i dropped it and a bunch of really thin white lines appeared on the right side of my laptop that stretched about halfway across. it didnt really bother me but when it did i twisted the 2 top corners of the laptop and they slowly went down the screen and disappeared. its been like that for at least 3 weeks but this morning i dropped it again and it got alot worse. when i turn the laptop on nothing shows up its just a black screen with a few white spots and colors that fade into a whole white screen after 25 seconds, then into black with tiny green, blue and red spots. if i twist the two top corners it goes back to normal but i have to hold it in order to see the screen. any advice on how to fix it or should i just take it into geek squad or something?
