My computer was running vista and im trying to load windows 7 and it wont load any possible way i can load it?

i cant restore it to original the disk have been lost and no restore point. The graphic card driver was uninstalled and that started the original issue with the computer also i took it to the geek squad they said no hardware problems but wanted 200 to load windows for me.
