Ramadan Is it permissible to allow ones brother to discipline ones wives if you are overseas?

I am in the KSA at the moment visiting my brother for his wedding and I have found that my youngest wife (17) ha been watching kufr programs on the television set. Of course she needs to be disciplined for this but I am far away, is it Halal to phone my brother and get him to deal with this unpleasantness?
