I want to go to Saudi Arabia?

I went to Saudi Arabia in June 2001 and came back to Pakistan in May 2003. I came back through TERHAIL (OUT PASSPORT). There was no Finger Prints & Eye Scan in TERHAIL just Picture. I think practice of finger prints & eye scan was use later. In 2006 I also went to UAE twice. Now I want to go to Saudi Arabia again. Should I apply for JOB in KSA.
